Acceptance
By using the Smart Contract Information Technology website, you acknowledge these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, stop using the website. These terms govern public website content, forms, links and digital features. They do not replace a signed customer service agreement.
Permitted use
The website may be used lawfully to review services and content and communicate with us. Users must not attempt to compromise or disrupt the website, bypass safeguards, upload malicious material, misuse forms, impersonate another person or collect data in a way that harms the service or violates applicable law.
Access may be restricted where requests appear malicious, automated, abusive or unlawful.
Informational content
Website content is general information. It is not legal advice, a regulatory decision or final confirmation that a framework or control applies to a specific organisation. Requirements, instructions, forms and authorised parties can change. Official sources and contractual scope should be confirmed before decisions are made.
Content may be corrected, updated or withdrawn without notice. Although reasonable care is taken, we do not promise that every item will remain current at all times.
Service enquiries and proposals
Submitting a form, email or consultation request does not create a contract or require Smart Contract to accept an engagement. Obligations begin only after written agreement on scope, deliverables, timing, fees, responsibilities and assumptions.
An initial estimate, discussion or unsigned proposal remains subject to technical and commercial review and may change after discovery of the environment, obligations and dependencies.
No guarantee of certification
Smart Contract provides readiness, internal assessment, remediation, implementation, evidence preparation and support. We do not guarantee certification, regulatory acceptance or approval by Saudi Aramco, an authority, auditor, customer or independent third party. The authorised party retains its independent decision.
Results depend on scope, current requirements, customer cooperation, completed implementation, evidence quality and independent judgement. Marketing or educational content must not be interpreted as a certification guarantee.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, their authority to share it and their decision not to send credentials or confidential information through an unsuitable channel. Users must assess whether use of content or communication is consistent with their own obligations.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website design, original text, graphics, trademarks, logos and materials belong to Smart Contract or its licensors. Content must not be copied, republished, modified, sold or commercially exploited without written permission, except for lawful limited quotation with appropriate attribution.
Website use grants no right to trademarks, logos or third-party materials.
External links
The website may link to WhatsApp, social media, forms, official resources and third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience or reference and do not guarantee availability, security or every statement on the external site. External services are governed by their operator's terms and policies.
Contact and careers submissions
Submitted information must be accurate and relevant. A careers application does not guarantee an interview, offer or response within a particular period. Unsafe, oversized or irrelevant files may be rejected. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Availability and security
We seek to operate the website reliably and securely but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from error or threat. Features may be suspended for maintenance, protection or updates. Users should maintain suitable protection for their own devices and connections.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Contract is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general content, use of external links, events outside reasonable control or inaccurate information supplied by a user. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or obligations expressly accepted in a signed agreement.
Misuse
Users remain responsible for unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights or submission of harmful material, without limiting other rights and remedies available to Smart Contract.
Saudi Arabian context
These terms are interpreted in the context of applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Service-contract disputes remain subject to the provisions agreed in the relevant signed contract. Nothing on this page is intended to override a mandatory legal rule.
Changes and contact
The terms may be updated when the website, services or requirements change. The current version will be published here. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
